Overview

The Dominican MBA

Forward-thinking businesses know that their success depends on executives who can innovate and collaborate across cultures, harness data to make effective leadership decisions, and understand the indelible link between leadership, profitability and sustainability. A Dominican MBA will provide a thorough foundation in all of these important skill sets, while giving students the flexibility to tailor their education to your personal and professional interests.

A Comprehensive Curriculum

The Dominican MBA's Common Core provides students with an interdisciplinary set of business skills. Students will complement those skills with a concentration in either Global Business, Sustainable Enterprise, or Strategic Leadership. Most important, they will apply what they have learned through an integrated capstone experience and a global consulting project, during which the student and a faculty-led team of classmates will research the strategic needs of a major international organization. In the following semester, the class will present their consulting recommendations in person during a 10-day in-country visit. Throughout the program, students will be honing the leadership, team-building, communication and negotiation skills every professional needs to be successful in today's competitive world.
