Lasell College, located in Newton, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston, offers graduate degrees and graduate certificates in a unique way that caters to your schedule. Lasell College offers 100% online courses and on-campus/hybrid courses led by knowledgeable leaders and educators in their fields. Just eight miles west of the city, the Lasell College campus offers both the ease of Newton, a small college town, and access to the nearby city of Boston, which boasts prominent industries, such as communications, finance, healthcare, hospitality, and marketing in addition to many entertainment and cultural opportunities.

The college is situated near the junction of Route 128/I-95 and the Massachusetts Turnpike, and the Lasell campus is highly convenient for students and working professionals in the Metrowest area. Lasell's campus and Boston are easily accessible by car and public transportation, including bus, rapid transit (MBTA), train, and local taxi. Graduate Degrees Offered at Lasell College

Lasell College offers a Professional Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (M.S.) degrees in Communication, Management, Sport Management, and Criminal Justice, and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Moderate Disabilities. Students with prior relevant course work may qualify to waive up to six credits of the M.S. and M.Ed. degree requirements.

The Professional MBA, M.S. in Criminal Justice and M.S. in Sport Management programs are offered 100% online. The M.S. in Management and M.S. in Communication programs can be completed either 100% online or on campus in a blended format. The M.Ed. is offered in Lasell's unique hybrid format that complements online work with evening sessions on campus.

Each master's degree provides students with a substantial concentration in a related area of interest. Students pursuing the Master of Science in Communication degree may choose to concentrate in Health Communication, Integrated Marketing Communication, or Public Relations. The Master of Science in Management degree offers concentrations in Elder Care Management, Hospitality and Event Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, and Project Management. The Master of Science in Sport Management offers concentrations in Sport Leadership, Sport Hospitality Management, and Sport Non-Profit Management. Students pursuing the Master of Education can choose from Elementary Education (K-6) or Moderate Disabilities (Pre-K-8). The Master of Science in Criminal Justice offers concentrations in Emergency and Crisis Management, Homeland Security and Global Studies, Violence Prevention and Advocacy and a Criminal Justice Self-Designed Option which allows students to create their own area of specialization.

Students and working professionals seeking a specific skill-set quickly should consider earning a graduate certificate from Lasell College. Graduate certificate programs are a great option for those who have already earned a master's degree and for those who may not be certain it's the right time to commit to a degree program. Available 100% online or on campus in the evenings, a graduate certificate is composed of five courses (15 credits) and can be completed in as little time as nine months. Graduate certificates can also be built upon to earn a Lasell master's degree.
