Instructional Systems Development

UMBC's Instructional Systems Development (ISD) programs are for anyone who designs, delivers, supports and measures training, learning or performance within an organization. Students complete professional portfolios as part of their program requirements, and may use their own organizations as the "client" organizations. They learn to leverage newly acquired skills, making them more valuable to employers.

Graduates work as trainers, instructional designers, instructional technologists, eLearning developers, training managers, and more.
