Applicants must reside or attend an academic institution in a CBC Member's District, current high school seniors are eligible to apply. They must exhibit leadership and be active in the community. Applicants must submit a personal statement, in a video form. Please discuss your academic interests and/or professional goals and how you will make change in your community with your education.
