- Make a realistic study plan
Plan, plan, plan but don’t plan to study for hours on end each day. Break daily study sessions into smaller smaller periods and allow a little extra study time to focus on areas of weakness. Remember to take breaks to relax your mind and avoid study fatigue or burnout. - Find a comfortable place to study that works for you
Review your notes or read in a space that allows you to focus. Some people actually focus well in public spaces like cafes or libraries, but many may find crowded, busy spaces as a big distraction.
