The prices listed there are given for the ACT with and without the writing test. Score reports for the 5th and 6th college choices are refundable should you not use them.
The registration fee listed is a normal fee for the administration of the test your register for, while the late fee is charged if you register after the regular deadline but prior to the final late deadline.
