Common Solutions
Ensure you are using a compatible browser. Peterson’s Test Prep is available via web-access and supports the latest versions of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, & Microsoft Edge. You should also enable pop-ups. Pop-up permissions are configurable in your browser settings.
On the login screen, please click “Forgot password?” and an email to reset your password will be sent to the email address provided at registration.
If your app is not loading correctly or you encounter any problems, make sure you have the latest version of the app. You can find this on the Apple App Store or Google Play and select ‘Update’. Deleting and reinstalling the app will also solve similar issues.
If you have purchased or renewed a subscription within the last 72 hours, please message us above with your name and email account associated with your account and we will process your refund.
