Doctoral Degree Requirements	Application; baccalaureate degree; current resume; 2 letters of recommendation; minimum GPA of 3.25 and in science pre-requisites; completion of all pre-requisite courses for the professional DPT program with a grade of 3.25 or better in each required course; completion of 40 hours of PT observation
