Focus of faculty research: Effects of high intensity interval training (HIIT) on body composition, anaerobic and aerobic performance, Non-invasive study of neuromuscular adaptations to resistance training, Energy cost and metabolic responses of resistance exercise and training adaptations, Arterial stiffness, and Post-exercise blood flow & metabolic regulation, Non-invasive interventions to improve functional capacity in patients with pulmonary disease and/or peripheral artery disease (PAD).
