Doctoral Degree Requirements Minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA. Statement of Purpose. MDiv or other master's degree. One unit of Clinical Pastoral Care or 3 years of ministerial work after master's degree. Four letters of recommendation: two academic, one from a peer, one from a pastoral supervisor/master. Interview (telephone or in-person).
