Exam Details
Master's Degree Exam Applicants must be graduates of an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy and have completed a PharmD or equivalent experience.
Master's Degree Requirements Candidates for the MS program must be accepted to the HSPA residency program by participating in the ASHP residency matching program. Once accepted to the University of Utah Health HSPA residency programs, residents apply to the University of Utah Graduate School for admission to the MS program. Deadline for the Graduate School application is usual
