The Amelia Kemp Scholarship provides assistance to ELCA women of color in undergraduate, graduate, professional, or vocational courses of study. Applicants must have experienced an interruption in their education of two or more years since completion of high school or college. The recipient is eligible to reapply and receive assistance for a maximum of two years. Applicants must submit a Pastor's Reference Form.
