The Anna Caroline Menkel Scholarship is open to students enrolled as a full-time freshman undergraduate at the University of Memphis. Recipients must qualify for and have been awarded the TN HOPE Lottery scholarship. The Anna Menkel Scholarship shall serve as a supplemental scholarship to the TN HOPE Lottery Scholarship. Preference is given to students of Hispanic origin to the extent allowed by law.
