Description

The Bernice Pickens Parsons Fund will give an award to students in any college, university, or training school. Preference will be given to Jackson County residents. Preference will also be given to students in the field of study in the fields of library science, nursing, and/or paraprofessional training in the legal field. Applicants must submit their most recent grades. They do not have to be the official transcripts.
