Description

The Bettye J. Patten Endowed Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen students with demonstrated academic achievement. Preference is given to a resident of one of the following cities: Poquoson, Newport News, or Hampton. Recipients must demonstrate financial need as determined through the FAFSA. They must hold a 3.0 or higher high school GPA and maintain a 2.5 or higher GPA at Christopher Newport.
