The BGE Frank Heintz - Career Training Grant is designed to support BGE customers and their dependents in pursuing higher education, at the vocational certificate level. Applicants must have a high school diploma or a GED. Applicants must be planning to attend a non-degree certificate program at a community college or private career school.
