The Bill & Jacqueline Younger Volunteer Scholarship acknowledges outstanding student volunteer participation with Miller-Keystone Blood Center. Presented to a graduating high school senior, this award recognizes the importance of student volunteerism to the health and welfare of our community. Applicants must have completed a minimum of 135 hours of volunteer service with Miller-Keystone Blood Center in no less than a cumulative two calendar year period.
