Description

The Blackman Family Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Portland Public school district, Centennial, David Douglas and North Clackamas high schools; or GED and home-schooled graduates from Clackamas, Damascus, Gresham, Happy Valley, Johnson City, Milwaukie, or Portland. Preference will be given to first-generation immigrants to the United States. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually.
