Description

The Blenda Olson Scholarship is awarded to students junior or senior students with a minimum of 3.5 GPA in foreign language studies and a minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA. Applicants must be active in student, community, and academic affairs or travel abroad, and they must demonstrate dedication to the profession of language studies and a sympathetic view of foreign languages and cultures. Students must also complete 30 or more semester hours in residence at WIU.
