The Building Future Leaders Scholarship Program For Veterans or Service Members will be awarded to students currently enrolled in a nationally or regionally-accredited college, university or technical/vocational school and must be on a successful graduation track towards a vocational/technical, associates, bachelor's or graduate degree. Applicants must be a veteran with an honorable discharge or currently serving with the Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, National Guard or Reserve Component. Applicants must attach documentation showing academic achievement through military or civilian education, participation in community service, honors and letters of appreciation and recommendations. Consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate leadership or mentoring qualities through participation in extracurricular or civic activities in their communities. Veterans must submit their honorable discharge documents with a DD Form 214 or NGB-22 for National Guard or DD Form 256 for Reserves. Service members must submit their valid current military ID.
