The CLASS - Chief Kimberly A. Plater Endowed Scholarship was established in honor of Chief Kimberly Plater's 12 years of service to Cal Poly Pomona. The focus of this scholarship is to recognize students who are volunteering in the community as she was a volunteer her whole life, starting out as a Brownie, and she learned as a very small child the importance of giving back to the community.
