Description

The D. E. and Jane Clark Scholarship will be awarded to graduates (1995 or later) of high schools in Baker County or North Powder Charter School or Powder Valley High School. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. Eligibility Requirements
