The David V. Stivison Appalachian Community Action Scholarship Fund was created as a tribute to David's pursuit of academic excellence and his commitment to help others achieve their fullest potential. The scholarship provides financial assistance to students who are residents of the 30 counties in the Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development service area and want to attend college but lack the required resources.
