The John Conrad Diehl and Madeline Knutsen Hebbard Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Reedsport High School. Financial need is not a requirement, but it may be considered, so filing of FAFSA is a requirement. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually.
