Description

The Doris J. Wipper Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Linn, Marion, or Polk County high schools. Preference will be given to Regis, Santiam, and Stayton High School. This scholarship is automatically renewable for up to four years if renewal criteria are met. Eligibility Requirements
