Description

The Frances E. Curtis NAACP Scholarship was established to assist students with ties to the NAACP-Salina. Applicants must be high school seniors eligible for graduation or have graduated from a high school located within Dickinson, Ottawa, or Saline Counties. Applicants must be accepted for admission to an accredited post-secondary institution. Applicants must be active in or have a close family member active in NAACP-Salina.
