The Frances Katsuda Bean Waianae High School Scholarship Fund was created in 2016 by Frances Naomi Bean. The donor requires the applicants to be a graduate of Wai'anae High School. Preference will be given to a graduate of Wai'anae High School who has participated in the school's award winning Searider Productions, drama program, or art program.
