The Heartland Council Pioneers Scholarship is open to undergraduate students in the College of Public Affairs and Community Service at UNO. Students shall have sophomore or above class standing and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. Candidates shall have volunteered for community service work in the past or are currently volunteering in a community service project.
