The Jerry L. Dove Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those who will be students in any college or university. Applicants must be graduating seniors of South Charleston High School. They must demonstrate strong academic potential and moral character, which must be reflected in the required personal essay. They must also show commitment to the values of fairness and justice, which must also be reflected in the required personal essay. Applicants must submit their most recent grades.
