The Society of American Military Engineers Portland Post Bud Ossey Scholarship will be awarded to students who majors in aeronautical, biomedical, chemical, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering. Preference will be given to ROTC reservists, National Guard reservists, or prior service veterans. Any public college that offers an accredited engineering program in the eligible majors are eligible. Financial need may or may not be considered but filing of FAFSA is required.
