Description

The Wartime Veteran Scholarship Fund is open to resident undergraduate and graduate students who are Military War Veterans certified by the New Mexico Veterans' Service Commission. The amount of tuition to be covered by the scholarship shall not exceed the highest full-time undergraduate tuition charged at an educational institution. Veterans are eligible if they were honorably discharged from the US Armed Forces, were New Mexico residents when they joined, or lived in New Mexico for over ten years. They must also have received certain campaign medals for their service during specific military actions or conflicts defined by Congress or presidential orders.
