This scholarship promotes the University of KentuckyÔÇÖs Strategic Vision of Diversity and Inclusion. To apply, incoming freshman students must apply for admission, complete the William C. Parker scholarship section of the admission application, and submit all supporting documents to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
