  • The AP Calculus BC exam will test your knowledge of mathematical concepts covered in your AP Calculus BC course. AP Calculus BC studies derivatives, definite integrals, and the fundamental theorem of calculus at an accelerated pace while exploring additional integration techniques, Euler’s Method, Infinite sequences and series, polar graphs and derivatives, integrations by parts, and more.   • AP Calculus BC focuses on limits and continuity, contextual applications of differentiation, composite, implicit, and inverse functions, applying derivatives to analyze functions, integration, and accumulation of change, differential equations, applications of integration, parametric equations, polar coordinates, and vector-valued functions, infinite sequences and series, among others. Be prepared to answer questions with real-world applications or scenarios, and study each section thoroughly to help you on the exam. The AP Calculus BC exam consists of 2 sections: a multiple-choice section and a free-response section. Each section will have two parts. Part A of the multiple choice section will have 30 questions. You cannot use a graphing calculator during this part. It will take around 60 minutes to complete. Then, part B has 15 questions and will be 45 minutes long. You may use a graphing calculator for this part. Then, you move on to the free response section. Part A has two questions and will be 30 minutes long.
